Leather Half Apron

My client Kristina, an electrician, reached out to me to create a custom leather half apron - she wanted to keep her go-to tools conveniently at hand, but was frustrated with the options she was finding online - they were too bulky and she wanted something sleek and low profile to prevent it from catching on things as she moves about in her work. She also wanted this day-to-day work accessory to be exciting to wear and use, and allow her to express her sense of style.

I spent time looking at the options available to get a feel for the different features that would be most useful for Kristina, and came up with a rough concept sketch on the design. After running the design and options by Kristina, she let me know which features she wanted included, and requested some small alterations to my proposed design, until we got it perfect for her - suiting her specific needs and the aesthetic she wanted.
