Convertible 'Bean' Bag

My client Kit Pratt reached out to see if I could help her bring her idea to fruition: inspired by bean shaped bags, such as Tiffany's collaboration with Elsa Peretti (a metal bean shaped shoulder bag/clutch), she wanted a high quality leather bag that incorporated this organic shape. She also wanted the bag to be both a shoulder/crossbody bag as well as a hip bag to be worn with a matching belt. We collaborated on the design and dimensions; the result was this absolutely adorable, versatile bag. Constructed using natural, undyed Italian Vachetta leather - this piece will develop gorgeous patina over time, deepening in color and becoming slightly more tan in color (think: the straps on a signature Louis Vuitton bag, which is also made using Vachetta leather).
